composerNorihiro Atsumi
Born in Yokohama, also known as M.C. Noric. He joined Hect around 1984 as a composer and sound designer, later also programmed, and now heads Axes Art Amuse. City Connection credits nobody: VGMPF gives him its music because an “N-Atsumi” stands in the arcade original’s high scores (as in Aeroboto’s and Momoko 120%’s), so the credit is likely but unconfirmed, and who arranged it for the Famicom is not known.
